Chinese noodles with wakame + rice balls I received~. This Chinese soba is commonly known as Kurose Black. The soy sauce-based soup has a rich flavor due to the back fat. Wakame goes well with it. The medium-thick noodles that are not too thick coat the soup and are delicious. The char siew was just the right amount of meat and had a lot of flavor, but it was also soft and coated in the soup. The rice balls are light and crispy with pickled plum pulp. It feels good. It was very delicious.

Chinese noodles are lighter and easier to eat than they look. The dipping sauce for the tsukemen was also a little sour and refreshing, making the meal more enjoyable.

It's so delicious. Ever since I met him at Fujisan in Hirono around 1989, I've been hooked. Whenever I went to Fujisan for work, I always ate there. I also remember that the tsukemen was delicious. Since moving to its current location, it has become so popular that the parking lot fills up before it even opens.
