I quiet often stop here for tempura on my way to yamato onsen. The food is always fresh, the batter always crispy and the staff always have a smile and willing to help me when I need it to pick the right menu from the ticketing vending machine. Always worth the stop here.

Along National Route 31, just south of Kure Portopia, less than 15 minutes on foot from Tenno Station. There's a parking lot. There is only a counter in the store. There are a lot of seats, so even if there are customers waiting, the order will come quickly. Order a set meal of 1100 yen including tax with a meal ticket method. The tempura is fried and served right in front of you. A large serving of rice is also available. Everything was hot and crispy, especially the shrimp, fillet and pumpkin. I think it's a pretty good shop.

Less than 10 minutes by car from downtown Kure. There are parking spaces on both sides of Route 31. There were no customers in line when I entered the store at 13:30 on weekdays. I bought a meal ticket and was guided to a counter seat (no table seats) in the open kitchen. Select your rice (large, medium or small (today it's large)) and it will take less than a minute for the tempura miso soup to arrive. After about 3 minutes, freshly fried tempura came one after another. The seasonal raw oysters were the best. There's plenty of sea scent, so be careful not to get burned. The swordfish was also fluffy and delicious. Today we selected the "Luxury Set Meal", ¥1,480. Cost performance is high. The location is perfect, with a view of the Seto Inland Sea.
