I had lunch on a weekday. One is a pizza lunch and the other is a course lunch. I think there were about 5 tables and a counter inside the store, so I think it would be easier to enter if you made a reservation. The salad was Caesar. It was delicious with fresh vegetables and warm vegetables. The appetizers for this day's course were oyster baguette, meatballs in tomato sauce, and soup made with sake lees. It was a delicious cold soup with a nice aroma of sake lees. The pizza I received that day was Margherita. The dough was baked in the restaurant's pizza oven and was fluffy and chewy, but it was fragrant and tasted great together with the tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese in the mouth. The pasta course is fried rainbow trout in tomato sauce. It seemed that the tomato sauce was not too strong so that you could enjoy the light flavor of the rainbow trout. I enjoyed the combination of rainbow trout and tomato sauce and it was delicious! There were two main courses to choose from. What I received was Momiji pork with mustard sauce. It was delicious with the accompanying mashed potatoes. For dessert, I ordered the tea chiffon cake that comes with the course lunch and the adult tiramisu that I ordered separately. Although the chiffon cake was fluffy, it was perfectly moist and didn't leave your mouth feeling dry, and the tea scent was also very nice! The tiramisu wasn't as bitter as the adult version, but had a creamy sweetness that was refreshing to eat. My impressions and explanation were long, but I was surprised that they actively use local Takehara ingredients and the rainbow trout is also from Takehara. Especially when it comes to vegetables, I feel that fresh, locally grown vegetables are delicious. Although it was a bit of a luxurious lunch, it is a wonderful restaurant that I would like to visit again to eat delicious seasonal food.

I had lunch with a friend. The 2,500 yen course was quite filling and filled me up. The sofa seat was spacious enough for two people to enjoy a leisurely meal. As soon as I finished my meal, the next one was brought to me, and I was impressed by the attentiveness of the staff. The appetizer soup seemed to have amazake in it, so it was a strange soup, but it was really delicious. The pasta was tomato pasta with crab. The crab was rich and exquisite. The grilled pork with cheese was also very delicious. I think they were very particular about the ingredients and used tableware that matched the dish. I was really satisfied with the taste, appearance, and service. It has become one of my favorite restaurants that I definitely want to visit again. I would like to go there at night next time.
