The route was a little difficult to understand, but we made it safely. The inside of the restaurant was quite spacious, and I was able to sit at the teppanyaki table and eat piping hot okonomiyaki, which is my favorite style. In conclusion, I fell in love with the salt mayo hijiriyaki. Being from outside the prefecture, I had it in my head that Hiroshima's okonomiyaki would be covered in sauce, but it was different here. It was made into a dome shape with careful handwork, and there was no sauce on it, and for a moment I wondered what it was. That's what I thought, but when I took a bite, I was shocked. The mayonnaise sauce has a delicate salty taste, with each ingredient playing in perfect harmony. It's been a while since I ate so much. It's definitely a repeat.

I've had takeout many times, but this was my first time eating at a store. 😋😋😋😋 I had the special yaki (raw squid, raw shrimp, and squid tempura) for 1,200 yen (included), and it had a consistent taste and plenty of seafood, so it felt like a great deal. 😁😁😁
