The discount store Direx has opened, and while I was on my way there, I found a store I was interested in! ``Tempura Mai''. When I looked it up on Google Maps, I found that it was a restaurant that was popular for its hormone udon and hormone tempura. Today, I ordered hormone udon, white meat (mino) tempura, and rice (with a small kimchi). Hormone tempura is cut into bite-sized pieces using scissors and tongs placed on the counter and eaten with ponzu sauce and chili pepper (available on the table). The white meat tempura was soft and very delicious. Also, the horumon udon was soft and the soup stock was very flavorful, making it extremely delicious. I was able to use PayPay and was very satisfied with the cost of 780 yen. I will definitely go again when I'm nearby.

You will be surprised at how soft the hormone tempura is. Gari has a fun cartilage texture, and senmai and other types of tempura are also very delicious. Last year I had a meal, and this time I used it for takeout. This time I stopped by a few days ago and it was closed, so it was my revenge, and it was a great success. I spoke with the owner of the store, and he said that Instagram is the store's official information, and the rest of the information was written by someone else, so the information may be outdated or incorrect. I think it would be a good idea to look for their Instagram and check their business days. Take-out is a little cheaper as it costs 600 yen for 5 pieces of hormone tempura.
