This is a Fuchu-yaki restaurant. Fuchu is not the place where the Mazda head office is located, but the okonomiyaki of Bingo Fuchu in the eastern part of Hiroshima Prefecture. Is it difficult for outsiders to understand? It features minced meat instead of pork belly, plenty of cabbage, no bean sprouts, and crisp buckwheat noodles. I ordered the most luxurious mix (1,277 yen). Lots of toppings such as squid, shrimp, and pork belly! There is plenty of cheese baked on the iron plate and there is also a volume. It's definitely a different approach than the traditional okonomiyaki in Hiroshima, and it's delicious on its own. This is my 2nd time here and you will want to eat again. The shop is clean and comfortable. We also focus on home delivery, and even at night there were many phone calls for orders.

This is my second visit. The manager is from Fuchu City, like me. As expected, Fuchuyaki is delicious. Of course you can use a spatula to eat it on a griddle, but it's great that it doesn't lose its shape even when you cut it! It's been tough in the heat, but I hope it will continue to prosper.
