I went snowboarding from Kumamoto to Osorakan in Hiroshima, and since I went all the way to Hiroshima, I wanted to try okonomiyaki, so I looked at the reviews and went there. The style is to have the food grilled on the iron plate in front of you, then cut and eat it yourself. If you're going to eat it in the store, they recommended salt, so try it first! (Video!) Well, I had a new encounter! It's also delicious to eat with salt! ! Half salt, half sauce, and of course mayo! ! By the way, this time I came to the store for the first time, so I chose the Sachi special soba 1.5 times! I said I would take it home if I couldn't finish it, but I finished it! Does quantity have anything to do with deliciousness? (lol) There are about 7 seats in the store, and the iron plate surrounds it, giving it a homey feel.I arrived around 7pm, so I guess it was the owner or regulars. We talked about various things, and we had a great time without having to kill time on our smartphones! If I have a chance, I would like to go again!
