A cafe with a menu that will cleanse your body from the inside out. A shop you want to visit regularly to purify your body. Many of the menu items are loaded with vegetables, but the main seasoning is vinegar, making them both pleasant and healthy. The menu is marketed as healthy, but the flavors are well-seasoned and I think you'll be satisfied. Well, the price is high, but I feel it is reasonable.

I went to Tanita Cafe for the first time today. I ate a healthy one-plate hamburger lunch, had a body composition monitor and a bone wave done at All Lab, and went home with ⤵️ on the test results. One plate was healthy and good with lots of vegetables.

March 29, 2023. It was my first time visiting, so I didn't understand the system, but the staff kindly explained it to me and I was able to order the food I wanted without any problems. I couldn't decide which ones to try as they all looked healthy and delicious...I ended up having Genovese with green vegetables and small shrimp, onion potage made with soy milk, gluten-free baked cheesecake, and oolong tea. Everything was so delicious! The various plate menus also looked delicious. I'll save it for next time. The atmosphere of the shop was nice, clean and comfortable! It's also good to check your health after meals. I was worried about my age, so it was great to take the test and find out the results, and it was fun! If I have a chance to go there again, it's one of the shops I want to stop by!
