I stopped by on the way home from visiting Bishamonten. Please note that the path to get there is a little complicated. The shop is on the 3rd floor of a 3-story house, and there is a guide to the shop in front of the house, so it is not difficult to find. The interior of the store has a chic design based on black, and it seems that it is intentionally kept sober so that you can enjoy the view of the city of Hiroshima. The inside of the store is a little cool, so the soup and bread in front of the main dish will warm you up, and the main pasta will arrive🍝 Served with a salad, the fragrant aroma of pasta whets the appetite. The taste and smell are stronger than regular pasta because of the special preparation, and the noodles alone are delicious, but the mentaiko is tightly entwined, and it was the best mentaiko pasta I've ever eaten! Kaiware and grated daikon radish are also good accents. We also ordered dessert, but it was great to enjoy 3 types of cakes and ice cream. Personally, Catalana was delicious! The price is a little high for lunch, but considering the scenery, atmosphere, and special taste, it's a reasonable price. Personally, I didn't feel bad because I could enjoy the scenery from the table seats. I want to go again! ️

I visited around 12:30 on weekdays! I happened to be able to get in without waiting! Although we were served at a table, I thought I would like to eat at the counter next time. As for the meal, my partner came first and I was almost finished eating when mine arrived, so I thought it would have been nice if it had been a little earlier. I didn't know that carrot dressing and pasta could be mixed together, so I thought it would have been nice if you had explained it to me first.

The spaghetti was chewy and had a new texture. I was able to eat a lot of vegetables and it was delicious. It was nice to be able to see the cityscape from the window side of the counter while enjoying the meal. Unfortunately, it was raining that day, so I want to try again.
