This is an okonomiyaki restaurant along the national highway. A very talkative old lady is baking all by herself. They seem to be actively communicating on social media, and have even been interviewed on TV, and many of their customers are from outside the prefecture. I ordered meatball soba, and the Otafuku sauce goes well with the slightly thin noodles and cabbage. Miso soup comes with the set, but since I happened to have scallops available that day, I ended up with a gorgeous scallop miso soup. I was extremely lucky. There is space in the parking lot in front of the store that can barely accommodate two cars. Might be difficult to stop when it's crowded?

It's simple but delicious and you'll never get tired of it! And the noodles were chewy and delicious (^^) The miso soup was nameko soup! This was also delicious! I had a lot of fun listening to mom's stories and had a friendly time♪

The okonomiyaki restaurant I usually go to was closed on my way back from the ski slopes, so I stopped by this place. A local shop that has been around for a long time from the outside! I was a little nervous when I visited, but when I opened the door, I saw a smiling mother who was very kind and I had a heartwarming time✨ The most important okonomiyaki is also delicious! ! ! Cabbage is sweet. They offered me coffee, and when I told them I was coming back from skiing, they even offered to bring me discount coupons for lift tickets for nearby ski slopes. From what I've heard, it seems like a shop where people from a surprisingly young generation gather to seek comfort from their mothers ♡
