It was written on the paper that after 17:00, you can eat curry with kelp dashi 🍛 ¥ 900. My husband and I had three types of meat with grated yam. My son ordered three kinds of meat. 3 types of beef, pork, and chicken are cooked at a low temperature! Bean sprouts, carrots, Japanese mustard spinach, bamboo shoots, broccoli, tomatoes, potato salad. Everything was seasoned and lined up in a row❗ There is rice under it, and first you eat only meat. It was very soft and easy to eat for children from the elderly and it was delicious ✨✨ Next, eat it with your favorite sauce, and finally, add kelp soup and eat it like ochazuke. The taste changed three times and I enjoyed it. I put half of the grated yam on top of the rice and ochazuke, and it was really delicious😋 The dessert was a refreshing sweetness with homemade pudding and hojicha, and it felt easy to eat even when I was tired in the summer. Healthy dishes that bring out the flavor of the ingredients. I also learned that you can add more meat and rice, but my husband and I laughed at how bad it would be if we had more because our bellies would swell afterward (laughs). We also had soft drinks and alcohol! Payment was cash and paypay. The male owner kindly called me to make the reservation and thanked me for coming to the store, and I was very happy to feel the beautiful heart of Japan = hospitality and politeness The next day, I was able to communicate well, so I understood the goodness of the ingredients. 2022/4 Although it has only been open for less than a year, the restaurant has been featured in various media for its distinctive meat dishes. When you step inside, you'll notice that it has a Western-style structure that you wouldn't expect from the outside. The entire hall is bright and the tables are well-balanced throughout the hall. There are three types of menus on the table. However, since it comes with or without yam and rice, it can really be said to be one type. The instructions on how to eat are also carefully written. The ingredients used, cooking methods, etc. are also kind so that you can eat with peace of mind. Today I received ❝3 kinds of meat for ¥1500❞. Just the right amount of grilled pork, moist and tender chicken breast, rare cooked beef, seasoned with just a little salt. It's really delicious if you eat it according to the instructions! Of course, you can enjoy the different tastes of each. Next, add it to the sauce. A combination of raw and boiled vegetables with just a little dressing. The rice underneath the ingredients is also delicious. Once the meal has progressed to a certain level, the host will bring the soup stock. Pour some left over meat and rice and you have a meat chazuke that is full of flavor! This is so delicious that I think I could drink it forever (^^) Lastly, dessert ❝Chocolate pudding❞ Probably homemade too. In the end, everything was delicious from start to finish. The owner is originally from Hiroshima, but has worked in various places and also has experience working at a store in Hokkaido. The careful workmanship can be seen everywhere in the restaurant's atmosphere, the attention to detail in the cooking, and more. Although the menu is small, you will be able to experience a rich and surprising amount of deliciousness.
