I went to "Sawayaka Chaya" in Uyama, Kawachi-cho, Higashi-Hiroshima. It's a soba restaurant that I go to once or twice a year, but it's located in the mountains of Kawachi-cho, so I don't have the time to go. The soba noodles are delicious, but it has become a hot topic that the classroom of an elementary school that has been closed down is reused as a shop. The appearance of the shop is exactly the school building itself of an elementary school. I chose "Uyama soba (large serving)". I had soba tea while I was waiting for my order. It has a nice fragrant scent. Uyama soba is warm soba noodles topped with edible wild plants. I also like cold zaru soba, but when it gets cold, I feel relieved to have something warm. I was able to firmly incorporate rutin, a blood smoothing ingredient, into my body (laughs) It is recommended shop.

This soba restaurant is run by local mothers in a closed elementary school. I ordered duck soba, and it was even more delicious than I expected. The time from order to delivery was quick, and the customer service was courteous and I was impressed. Although it is a little far from Higashihiroshima, it is recommended to visit while driving.
