After entering the store, a simple and cute female clerk asked me my order in a whisper, and I ordered Chinese noodles and rice. Contrary to its modest atmosphere, the Chinese noodles come with a hearty bowl of rice. The soup was so thick that it covered half of the souki pattern on the edge of the bowl, and at first glance, there was so much pork, bean sprouts, and green onions that you couldn't even see the noodles. You can barely make out the golden noodles through the gap. First of all, I would like to try this rich soup. But there is no astragalus... The soup that comes with the straight noodles, each one of which feels independent, probably because of the added water, has a soy sauce flavor on the front. When you bite into the noodles, you can smell the strong noodle aroma and the texture is good. In order to enjoy the texture of this noodle, should I use “Kaedama” instead of “Omori”? I thought as I slurped some more noodles. The soup has soy sauce on the front, but as you eat it, it doesn't get too sharp, and you can feel the subtle ginger (or maybe it's that?) flavor and feel the richness, so you won't get bored of it until the end, and you'll keep drinking it until the end. The soy sauce on the chashu was even stronger than the soup. And on the inside, there's soft pork chashu with melt-in-your-mouth fat. It has a strong flavor when eaten alone, but it goes well with white rice. Even though I am a small eater, I can't stop eating. . Before I ate it, I was worried that there wouldn't be too much rice, that the soy sauce wouldn't make me tired, and that the fat in the chashu would give me heartburn and make me feel stuffy, but it turned out to be a delicious meal.

I stopped by when I came to Higashihiroshima City for work. It is the first time. I found it by researching shops near the place I visited on Google Maps. When I finished eating, paid the bill and went out of the store, there were still many customers lined up. I am happy to meet another good shop. It was a feast.
