This is a soba restaurant that is open only on Saturdays and Sundays. I got tempura soba. Soba Noodles The new buckwheat noodles have a slightly green color and have a good fragrance. The condiments are grated radish, green onions, wasabi and a piece of yuzu peel. When the yuzu skin was added to the soba water at the end, it smelled so good and it was delicious! The tempura is freshly fried and the batter and fried taste are good and delicious. Above all, the friendly and bright customer service of the staff here was very comfortable. It has become a soba restaurant that I want to visit again and again. When you enter the intersection of the national highway with the signboard, you can see the shop on the hill on the right hand side, so you can reach it by aiming there. There is a small guidance sign along the road, so I arrived without hesitation. The store has table seats and tatami mats.

I ordered Tenzaru. The soba noodles are thick and chewy. As well as soba, I wish there was a little more amount of soup. Tempura includes shrimp, lotus root, shiso leaves, eggplant, pumpkin, and rape blossoms. It was delicious. I think I'll try the special size next time.

The soba is delicious, and the tempura is crispy and delicious.
