It's a bit like Fukuoka's soft udon. I have eaten it many times since I was a child. My own children love this udon so much that even if they eat udon in Kagawa prefecture, they say they prefer this one (laughs). The atmosphere of the store is unchanged and has a good old-fashioned atmosphere. Batteraga children love it and often order it. It sure is delicious. As for udon, I like burdock tempura udon and eat it often.

I got 400 yen for tempura udon and 100 yen for fried tofu oden. It's probably a family run business run by two generations. The outside doesn't look like much, but the inside of the store is beautiful, and I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the kitchen. Immediately after entering, order (accounting) on ​​the left hand side. When I ordered tempura udon and was wondering where to sit, my father was waiting behind me with already finished udon on a tray (hurry up). The noodles are flat dried noodles that are soft and boiled, and Tsuyu has a strong taste of dried sardines and soy sauce. It was too salty for me so I added water. The fried tofu in oden was thin and the tofu was soft, and it was delicious together with the soup stock. I wouldn't recommend it to people who only want taste, but it was a place that reminded me of the "polite and conscientious store" until the Showa era. All prices include tax, so it was a really conscientious shop that I wanted to continue for a long time. There is no signboard that stands out, so I passed by once.
