It was my first time visiting 😊 I knew it was crocodile → shark, but this was my first time eating it🔰😆 The image was of an ammonia smell. But it had no odor at all, was soft and delicious, and I was shocked 😲💦💦 The store has a small supermarket and a space where you can eat in. About 3 table seats? The menu included rice bowls made with crocodile, hamburgers, sausages, etc. I have a hamburger🍔CHOICE🎵 My companion had the owner's recommended grilled crocodile char siu rice bowl CHOICE. I also received the highly recommended sashimi as a single item 😋 The sashimi is pink and beautiful. There was no odor at all, and the sashimi was soft and delicious. The hamburger was softer than the fried fish. Of course, it didn't have any smell. It was delicious with plenty of cabbage and a sweet teriyaki-style sauce 😂 The char siu grilled rice bowl had a rich sweet sauce that reminded me of the kabayaki sauce, and the rice was topped with two types of meat: marinated and grilled meat. Suimono is soup with skin in it. Feeling the crunch, it's delicious again😋 Both the hamburger and the rice bowl came with vinegared daikon radish, carrots, and crocodile skin, so I enjoyed the crunchy texture. The owner and his wife talked with us a lot, and we had a great time talking about all sorts of things. Wagi (crocodile) cuisine is so delicious without any taste or odor. It can be used for a variety of dishes, but there seem to be only a few stores that carry it, so I really wish it would become more widespread. You can also purchase crocodile meat blocks in the store. (If only...) I really wanted to eat crocodile sashimi, so I took a flat drive to Miyoshi and was able to buy a block of raw crocodile from Fujita Foods that I had arrived at that morning. The wife of the store was also nice to talk to, and I learned a lot. I returned home and ate some sashimi in the evening. Most of the crocodile sashimi I've eaten so far have been thawed, so I was concerned about the smell and odor when the sun rises, but the crocodile sashimi I had here didn't have that at all and was surprisingly soft when I bit into it. It wasn't until I tasted and compared that I realized that freshness is important when it comes to crocodile shijimi. However, I was told that recently the seawater temperature has been high and it has become difficult to cool down. But it was also the day I learned that fresh food was available here, so I decided to come here next time I wanted to eat it. The ones you get at the supermarket are thawed. I wanted to try fried chicken, so I bought some fried chicken before going here and ate it. It had the feel and taste of chicken tenders. When I visited, he had opened the restaurant, which had been closed and was admitting customers, as if he had been looking into it somewhere. In Higashihiroshima, where I live, we don't have the custom of eating crocodile sashimi, nor are there any shops that sell it. But there may be many people who don't know. In the past, it took too long for fresh fish to travel to the mountains, so I think crocodile was eaten in the northern part of the prefecture because it had a long shelf life.

I heard that you can eat rare Japanese cuisine, so I decided to give it a try. I had the Wamura sashimi and the Wamura roasted pork rice bowl, which were really delicious! As I was eating the sashimi, I started craving white rice, and the roasted pork and roasted pork were both soft and delicious, so I went with chopsticks. Also, the vinegared food and soup that came with the rice bowl included Japanese skin, which was rich in collagen and had a nice texture. When I eat it, I wonder why it's not more popular because it's so delicious. According to the staff at the shop, they are able to produce this delicious taste because they process the caught fish immediately without freezing it. There is a store next to the restaurant where you can take home a variety of Japanese cuisine. We also provide ice packs, so you don't have to worry even if it takes a while to get to your home. I bought pickled Wamurai skin, Wamurai char siu, and Wamura jerky, so I think I'll be able to enjoy dinner for a while!
