I went to "Kokoro" in Hachihonmatsu, Higashihiroshima City. Every seat is equipped with an iron plate, and you can eat piping hot okonomiyaki. The noodles are thin and delicious. If you don't like red ginger, you can ask them to omit it.

I tried a lot of things, but the squid topping on meat ball soba is the softest. Cheap and filling. Topped with a heaping amount of green onions, it's absolutely delicious.
