I visited for lunch. There is a daily lunch menu with a choice of meat or fish. This time I chose fish. It was easy to eat and delicious.

The food had good reviews, so I went in during lunch time and was lucky to find that they were reopening for lunch after a long hiatus (lol). There were three types of meat and fish lunch menus available, so I ordered a set that consisted mainly of fish tempura, salad, small side dish, rice, and miso soup. Tempura is a western style dish with sweet sauce. The fluffy white fish was delicious, so I asked the owner and he told me it was wild sea bream. The vegetable tempura, such as paprika and eggplant, is cut into easy-to-eat pieces and is deep-fried while retaining its texture, making it just as delicious as the fish. The small bowl is a stew of fish, apparently made using the nakaochi and cut off pieces that come out when making sashimi. I think it was blue fish (bonito?), but it was so well seasoned that I wanted to drizzle it over the rice (lol). The counter was stocked with alcohol, so I was curious about the evening menu.
