We had 2 items of Sera specialty pine mushrooms and pine nameko curry and potage. The pine mushrooms and pine nameko had the best flavor and texture. The curry and potage were also delicious. I was satisfied with eating local gourmet food. At the shop on the first floor, you can buy local specialties such as pine mushrooms, pine nameko mushrooms, and Hattendo cream buns.

I heard that a new Italian restaurant was opened in Sera-cho, so I visited. It was open from 11:30 am, and I arrived immediately after opening, but I was able to take a seat at the last minute because it was almost full. There is no single item menu for lunch, only a lunch set (choose from panini, salad, curry, pasta, steak on this day). Sera's specialty pine mushrooms and pine mushrooms seemed to be recommended. However, I ordered a short pasta (garganelli) with colorful vegetables that caught my attention. In short, it was a great dish. You can tell at a glance that it is a dish made by a chef who has the skill to make the best use of the quality of the ingredients. Garganelli's jagged edges are entwined with high-quality oil and garlic. Vegetables are also delicious! It's been a long time since I've come across a dish that doesn't contain any animal-based ingredients and has such a powerful and satisfying feeling. About 1400 yen with a drink. It was subjective, but it was worth it. I also tasted pine mushroom cream sauce pasta and pork fillet cutlet curry (I forgot the official name) that my companion ordered. The pine mushrooms in the pasta are delicious and delicious, and even though there are no other ingredients, I was rather impressed with the spirit of competing with pine mushrooms. As soon as the curry was delivered, the scent of cinnamon wafted in the air, and I could tell that it was carefully made. The plump tonkatsu has an outstanding presence. Complex spice and sweetness at first, followed by a savory spiciness, and the pickles that accompany it are just perfect. And rice is delicious! If you're nearby, I think you'll pass.
