It's an old folk house in Sera, located in an idyllic location, but there were signs along the way, so I didn't get lost. There are about 7 to 8 parking spaces available, and since the store mainly requires reservations, you won't have any problems finding parking. Reservations can be made about a month in advance and are only available on weekdays, but it is still a must. This is a popular restaurant with a high reputation. The inside of the restaurant is a Japanese-style room with a choice of table seats and seats, and it's not crowded and has a spacious space. The muko hassun is first served as an appetizer, and as you can see in the photo, it is very beautifully plated and each item is carefully prepared to be exquisite. It seems that seasonal ingredients are used depending on the season, so you can enjoy it no matter how many times you come. For the dish, I ordered the Kurobe Wagyu Steak (reservation required), and the meat was very delicious, and the salt, wasabi, and miso that came with it went well together and you could enjoy the various flavors. The vegetables that come with the meat are also carefully cooked and very delicious. You might think it's a little pricey for lunch, but you'll be more satisfied than the price. This restaurant is recommended for occasional treats, entertainment, dates, etc.

Please check the business days on the blog and make a reservation well in advance. Reservations for Kuroge Wagyu steak must be made at least one day in advance, so if you're going with multiple people, it might be a good idea to reserve steaks for several people at that time. I think most people go on a long trip, but since Sera is a place you don't usually go to, you should leave plenty of time to spare. I was also about 10 minutes late, and I apologize for the inconvenience. Reservations are tight. As you can see in the photos, both the appetizer and the main dish are colorful and vibrant, and they look great. A wide variety of materials and elaborate expressions. The main dish is bold, but the Kuroge Wagyu beef is quite tender. The chicken steak was also crispy and delicious. There is also the famous Taiseiryu Shrine nearby (Sera alone is about 15 km away), so it would be a good drive if you combine it with a visit to pray!
