I came to Hiroshima on a business trip and was curious about it, so I visited. I ordered beef skirt steak, tongue, celery, and other rice bowls, and they were all delicious. The sauce is medium-spicy, sweet and just the right amount of spiciness, and the meat is tender.The meat was so delicious that I ordered it with a small bowl of rice! lol The shop was run by a single mother and was very friendly and easy to talk to, making it feel like home.
