Fantastic soba noodles. I strongly recommend visiting this restaurant/store.

You can enjoy delicious handmade soba at a reasonable price. It is a cozy shop with many local customers. Shrimp and ashitaba, shiitake mushrooms, green peppers, eggplants, sweet potatoes, kidney beans? Tempura soba with tempura is 1020 yen including tax, which is quite cheap considering the current price. The inside of the store is narrow, but there are seats outside. (It seems to be difficult to use this time of year due to the heat and insect problems) The checkout is at the cash register of the shop just outside the cafeteria.
