Kochi bonito in a place like this? I was curious, so I walked by and entered the store. I looked at the menu and ordered the tataki bowl without hesitation. Then, I was surprised to see straw roasting starting in the glass-enclosed kitchen that I could see from my seat! It was a serious one that I saw in Kochi as well. The bowl of thickly sliced, odorless bonito was beautifully arranged and could be eaten in a variety of ways, with salt, sauce, and even dashi at the end, all of which were delicious. It was a shocking shop that lived up to its name of direct delivery from Kochi. There was a large parking lot next to the store. It was an excellent store that I would definitely go back to if I had the chance.

I got to see the straw-grilled performance, and the smell of the bonito was so delicious I could eat as much as I wanted! You can enjoy a variety of flavors by eating it with salt, sauce, or ponzu sauce, or making dashi chazuke! The staff were kind and polite, and even talked to me when paying the bill, which made it fun! I will definitely go again.

It is delicious without the unique smell of seared bonito. The bonito of the bonito set meal is thick and satisfying. The tempura is freshly fried and crispy. You can eat fried shrimp from head to tail. The place where the cutlet is grilled with straw is surrounded by glass. You can see. One big fried chicken. The meat is well seasoned and delicious.
