The soba is absolutely delicious!

I arrived after 11 o'clock to see the flowers at Bihoku Kyuryo Park and came to have lunch. It was a bit cold today so I ordered warm tempura soba. The store quickly filled up. I think it's carefully prepared after ordering. I was so impressed by how excited I was while I was waiting 🥹 Both the soba noodles and the dashi soup were very delicious with just the right aroma and texture 🤤

I stopped by on my way back from Bihoku Hillside Park. Juwari soba is made from local buckwheat flour from Shobara. The appearance of the store is also nice.
