I had the okonomiyaki. Order the "Warayaki" that was on the menu I was attracted by the squid tempura and green onion toppings. Okonomiyaki with a beautiful finish and height. The green onions are firmly on top, and the squid tempura is evenly distributed. Okonomiyaki with a dry impression is delicious. A good impression is that there are not too many sauces. There is volume. I asked for an iron plate instead of a plate, but this iron plate is very good. Easy to eat with a spatula! The menu had pasta, pizza and even burgers. I would like to have it with sake at night. It was delicious.

Not content with offering some of the most generous okonomiyaki I have ever tasted, the boss and his wife welcomed us with humor and kindness. In addition to the house speciality, we ordered asparagus (crunchy as hell!) and were pleasantly surprised to see them served with bacon bits. Everything we needed to have a good time in this endearing family restaurant, all washed down with a good cold beer! What more ?

I had Sera's Megumi-yaki and Straw-yaki. Winning the Hiroshima Teppanyaki Grand Prix was not just for fun. It was a very balanced piece. Especially the perilla is doing a really good job. I didn't think that shiso would go so well with it. The straw yaki felt like okonomiyaki and I was very satisfied.
