Ordered roast beef and steak for lunch. We are particular about ingredients and use ingredients and seasonings that the owner himself visits and agrees. The meat is so soft and melts in your mouth that you don't have to chew it. It was nice to have a whole mandarin orange with a rustic feeling. Pickles, oranges, miso soup and meat were all delicious. It might be a good idea to make a reservation for lunch. I made a reservation at 12:30 and it was out of stock when I left after 13:00.
