I also wanted to eat Fuchuyaki, so I went there❗️ Grill all at once on a hot iron plate. Delicious Fuchuyaki that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The landlady is also full of energy😀. I ate authentic Fuchuyaki. The meal was delicious with the proprietress' light "chat". It is said that ``you should eat okonomiyaki on a teppan using a spatula,'' so I ate it using a spatula while seated at the teppan counter. The aroma of minced beef oil and the crispy soba went well together and it was delicious! ️

It was my first time visiting, and even though I arrived early, before business hours, it was already open. It looks like it will open when it's ready. Although her mother spoke a lot of dialect and was very energetic, she was very friendly and made me feel at home, like a neighbor I've known for a long time, so I didn't feel like an outsider, but she was very considerate of me. It was a simple Fuchuyaki, with a little less cabbage, but it was very delicious. I'll visit again

Although it's not a famous restaurant, I thought it was loved by local regulars. There are several restaurants with long lines on weekends, but I'm convinced that this Fuchuyaki is the most delicious. The sauce was carp sauce, the noodles were crispy like Fuchu-yaki, and the lady had a homely personality...I loved everything about it.
