Originally, a small Chinese restaurant was opened here by orphans left behind in China who finally returned to Japan. It has an authentic Sichuan taste that sets it apart from the street Chinese food, so much so that people travel to China to buy Sichuan pepper once a year. So no matter what you eat, you can enjoy a different taste. This is a restaurant where most of the staff are from the mainland and can speak Chinese and broken Japanese. It's true that the ingredients are carefully selected and made with high-quality ingredients, but they also have set meals that are reasonably priced, and are suitable for individuals, families, and parties. As a result of this difficult endeavor, stores specializing in Chinese ingredients have been opened, including the Fukuyama Ekimae Hotel Newcastle, two in Okayama, and one in Shikoku, but this Ekiya store was the first step.
