You can choose. The menu for the day is written on a board outside the store at the entrance, so I always look at it and think about it before I go inside. During the year-end party season, it seems to be crowded during lunch time, so I went without a reservation and couldn't get in. When I went in January, I was impressed to see Kwai in there! As expected of a store in Fukuyama ^^
