It is a complete reservation system. However, we were willing to enter the store without knowing. I'm sorry. Soba automatically comes out when you sit down. Grandfather and grandmother give really good taste. I was healed ~. Soba noodles are thin like somen noodles, but have a chewy texture. It's not suitable for people who want a firm body, so I think it's better to stop. I was deeply moved by the deliciousness of sobayu!

It is a "reservation system" shop. But I didn't know about it and flew with my friend. Visited around 11:00 on weekdays. For the first time (just in case) when I entered the parking lot, I asked the store staff, "Is it okay without a reservation?" I passed through the noren while feeling apologetic, but thankfully, "It's a reservation system after all...". I see, like many shops in the Yamato area, they use private houses. You can take off your shoes as if you were visiting a relative's house in the countryside. The room that I and my friend passed through is about 18 tatami mats. It seemed that about 14 people could be seated at 3 low tables, including those that combined low tables. It's around 11:00 on a weekday, and the first customer is "1 person" + "3 people". From the conversation with the store, it is still a "reservation customer". <There is a possibility that the menu may be limited due to drop-in customers.> The menu is "Mori Soba" (¥ 700; tax included, forgot!), so it will be provided after you are seated without any special request. In addition, you will be asked, "Do you need more?" In addition, the “substitute” was also a set up to “soba soup”. For this reason, the fee is calculated as "¥ 700 x number of sheets". In addition, the menu was a choice of "Mori Soba", but there may be a part depending on consultation, such as a back menu. "Soba" is very thin with a width of 1 mm (~ 1.5 mm). Other soba restaurants have an image of 1.5mm (~2mm), so I felt it was very thin. According to the owner, "the boiling time needs to be adjusted in seconds", but it is certainly thin enough to predict that delicacy is necessary for boiling. Also, 100% buckwheat flour, this thin, not broken into pieces, it's just amazing. (Of course, it is expected that it may be shorter depending on the quality of the soba noodles and the fine adjustment of the boiling time.) I myself am not sensitive to the "scent of soba", but I felt it was delicious. "Soba Tsuyu" is also delicious. I wonder if the soup stock was taken with dried bonito or dried sardines. Both “Soba” and “Soba Tsuyu” are delicious when tasted alone, and of course delicious when tasted with “Zuzuzu”. About thin soba noodles. It was thought that even those who started to dislike hard foods could be given a chance to enjoy soba. And I want to visit with my elderly people. Not a souvenir, but shipped at a later date, we also accepted orders for fresh soba noodles. (A system where you pay the fee together with the parcel delivery invoice when you get home.) Regarding "telephone reservation", I have not experienced the original reservation, but please forgive me below. For those who are going to make a reservation from now on, I hope it will help you with the first steps. When making a phone reservation, I would probably tell you the "date and time of the reservation" and "number of visitors", as well as information that seems to be related to "how many slices do you want to eat?" Based on this, it seems to be a system that decides the number of soba noodles prepared at the store. At this time, we will prepare extra alpha, so depending on the number, we may be able to respond to the jumping customers. Next time I will visit after making a correct reservation. We will also update the information in additional posts. thank you very much.

Yamato Town is a soba production area and there are many soba restaurants, but this one is the best. Excellent. This is a wonderful soba that is 100% thin and has a strong flavor. Boiled wild vegetables and sashimi konjac were provided courtesy of the couple. This is also exquisite, and I've never had sashimi konjac that was so exquisitely finished.
