The custom-made soba that increases your stamina is also good, but after eating Fukuichi soba, I always order that. I like the flavor of the charred vegetables stir-fried in a wok and the gentleness of the beaten egg, and I also like the base soup. Many of our customers are drinking at night, and someday I'm planning on having a side dish with an ice-cold Ruby (lol) The polite customer service from the quiet staff is also good ( ◠‿◠ ) Thank you for the meal!

I ordered Fukuichi soba and stamina fried rice. A very vegetable stir-fry with lots of vegetables and the garlic and chili peppers. The fried rice was delicious, but I probably should have ordered either ramen or fried rice as they were both average.

A super delicious ramen shop with jazz music. There was an unexpected 777 on the back of the bowl. It's a nice restaurant with many a la carte dishes and the staff are very nice.
