I was told it was going to be good. What I didn't expect is that it's going to be THAT GOOD! If you want a ramen that's not pretentious and simply delicious for what it is....this is the place. No sparkles ✨, eye candy or crazy things here: A simple broth, simple noodles and delicious Chaashu. I keep saying simple but it's not boring simple...it's delicious simple. The kind of simplicity where you can taste the ingredients that are presented to you, no fancy sauce or seasonings. I drove 90 minutes to get there and I will do it again. It should be noted that the place is popular and therefore you should arrive early. We arrived at 9:30 and were the last people to be allowed in the restaurant during the first seating... meaning after we sat down the restaurant was full and people had to wait outside.
