The other day, I got a set of sauce katsudon and soba noodles. The taste was different from other places in Aizu such as sauce cutlet, but this was my favorite taste here. The wild vegetable soba was also delicious with the taste of wild vegetables. I read in other reviews that the sauce katsudon tasted too sour, so I was prepared, but it wasn't so sour. It was delicious.

I used to eat Yamashio Ramen and Sauce Katsu until I was full, so I visited again in winter. This time I ordered Yamashio char siu. The char siu was easy to eat with just the right amount of fat. There are no wild vegetables or kamameshi on the winter menu, but ramen and sauce cutlets are not exceptionally delicious, but I personally like them. The customer service is also polite, and you can feel the gentleness of the countryside.

Yamashio ramen, the soup and noodles were delicious! My husband had the Yamashio Ramen B set sauce katsudon. My husband said it was the best salt ramen he had ever eaten. The staff at the shop were also kind. I want to go again.
