The one-plate lunch includes a fixed menu of salad and soup, bread, rice, and six other choices for 1,750 yen. The ingredients were mainly vegetables and were very delicious. However, the system is such that you choose a plate, arrange it, and pay later, and the restaurant is operated by one person: the person who takes the order, the person who sets the first plate, and the person who arranges the three dishes. The restaurant was very crowded even before we were seated, as customers were having trouble deciding on their food choices. The wait was about 30 minutes and I had to stand. Even though the seats are nice, if you look at the entrance, it looks crowded. Are you losing customers with this? If we could get better at this, both the store and the customers would be happy. However, the taste was good so I gave it a 5 star.
