I'm sure there are many people who think so, and that's absolutely true. As for the taste, our commitment to starting with Shirayaki upon receiving your order is not just for show. The skin will be crispy and the meat will ooze out fat. The firm sauce soaks into the rice, and the tenderness of the dashimaki egg is on top of it. I had eel with sauce bowl (sandwiches) and charcoal-grilled tofu dengaku. My partner doesn't like eel, so I had the sauce bowl. Both the dashimaki egg and the eel were freshly grilled, and both were fluffy and delicious, making me feel like I was in a good mood. For me, the Tofu Dengaku Konome Miso is the best, and I can eat rice with just this. The menu is so rich that I'm having trouble deciding what to order next, but I think I can't leave out the tofu dengaku. The owner was friendly and I talked to him for a while, and I thought that he cooked with a certain policy in mind.
