Kaizu, Gifu, Japan｜Fontain Bleau

Once upon a time, when there was a coffee shop called ``Gion'', I have visited dozens of times. The only Italian restaurant in Kaizu, where my parents live. I moved to Komaki a few years ago, and now I only visit occasionally when I return home. I've tasted most of the pasta and pizza over the years (including Gispa from the Gion days), but I just can't bring myself to order Morocco's pizza. (Local name) ``Hae sushi'' (small river fish such as sorghum are called ``hae''). Today, I noticed that arugula and tomato salad pizza appeared in the pizza lineup, so I selected it. It looks so healthy, with lots of red, yellow, and green cherry tomatoes and a large arugula on top, that after eating it, you'll want to think, ``I feel a little bit cleaner from the inside out.'' . And the usual chocolate and banana pizza. Since I have a weak stomach, I was worried about the volume, but my fears were unfounded. In addition, Pizza Valier also has an okonomiyaki-style pizza that is hard to find at other restaurants, and for someone like me who loves my okonomiyaki, I feel very satisfied when I eat it. 2022.7/2…I had sweets and cafe at the store I visited just before, so I decided to skip the dessert pizza mentioned above and go for a meal pizza. Enjoy while pouring non-alcoholic beer. 2023.1/8…I am relieved that the series of events in my hometown are finally over. When I visited at the end of the year, I couldn't find the banana chocolate pizza I was looking for because it was closed for the year-end and New Year holidays. I came back to try it again, and before I knew it, the salad pizza was back. As it happened, this day I just ate the bread I bought at the boulangerie yesterday in between events. I made a sudden change and ordered this healthy one. Return to a somewhat normal eating habits. Thank you for the treat.

It is often used in motion. It's a lovely restaurant for lunch and dinner. Gispa is worth eating even once 🙆‍♂️
