Visited 2023/07/30. We had a large serving of tempura ¥2,400- and black rice mixed rice ¥420- for a total of ¥2,820. The soba is chewy and transparent noodles that are satisfying to eat. The soba sauce is a little too strong, but it's just right when you dip the soba into it, and it's full of umami. The tempura was served with Sekigahara Manganji chili peppers that day, and the crispy fried chili peppers were dipped in soba sauce (there is no difference between the tempura sauce and the soba sauce). I don't think there are many shops where the taste and aroma of the ingredients are so solid and crisp and crunchy, as is the case with shrimp tempura. Black rice mixed rice is also delicious with dashi stock. Everything we received was excellent. Lunch was too crowded and I gave up twice, but it wasn't crowded even on Sunday when it opened at night (around 17:30), so I don't think I'll have to wait. Thank you for the meal.

A slightly upscale soba restaurant. The soba, tempura, and soba tea were all delicious. I went on a Saturday, and I arrived right at 5:00 p.m. when they opened, and there was no wait.

I arrived just before 12:00 on a Saturday. There were already 6 groups waiting. Still, everything went smoothly, so I didn't have to wait that long. I was surprised by the stylish appearance, but the price is not that surprising. There is also a piano in the store, and there are performances at night. The store is mature enough to understand that children under the age of 12 are not allowed. The soba noodles are boiled hard, which I like, and it was delicious. The tempura was crispy and came with two shrimp, but it was sweet. In addition to the usual pumpkins and eggplants, there were many types of tempura such as kelp, wheat gluten, and butterbur. Lastly, the soba soup was so delicious that I had never seen such a thick soba soup before, so I drank about 3 cups.
