I received soba hot water as a service, but it seemed a little weak.

The fact that there were only a few condiments gave me a sense of the owner's love for soba. The tempura bowl is prepared with a crunchy batter that brings out the flavor of the vegetables, and is coated with just the right amount of tsuyu.
