I called just a little after 1 o'clock. I was unable to get Juwari Soba as it was limited to 10 servings. I ordered "Tempura Kake Soba". The tempura was crispy, especially Shungiku, sweet potato, pumpkin, Onions, etc. have good color and look beautiful. It was fried. The soba noodles in particular were light, flavorful, and satisfying. Now 900 yen is very cheap! The customer service from the store was also very pleasant. I received soba hot water as a service, but it seemed a little weak.

A shop I’ve always wanted to go to ♥ This is my first visit☺️ An organization that supports the activities of people with disabilities It is operated. Everyone is working hard Rediscover your daily self It gave me an opportunity to reconsider 😊 The most important soba noodles Buckwheat flour from Inabe is used. Slightly thick and smooth It was delicious soba 🙆 Tempura without shrimp It's vegetable tempura It was delicious😋 Price: 200 yen (tax included) Too cheap⤴⤴⤴👌 I also like the atmosphere of the store. I feel like I want to support you 😊 Understand the purpose of this store Please take advantage of it 😊 The soba noodles, the tempura, and the staff. I really liked it 🙆 On my list of soba restaurants Registration completed 😊 Regular holidays are Sunday Monday holiday Business hours are From 11:00 to 15:00 I think so 😊

It's a small shop that looks like a small roadside station and can accommodate 15 to 6 people. Although it is along the national highway, there are no big towns along the route, and it is a back road (the road itself is a straight road in the countryside with a center line) with little traffic, and you can eat such delicious soba and tempura at a reasonable price. I'm so grateful to have found a store that does this. It says that they use local buckwheat flour, and by coincidence, there was a basket of unpeeled buckwheat noodles in a transparent plastic bag next to the entrance, so this must be true. This time, on my first visit, I received the ``Kakesoba & Tendon Set ¥1200-''. A soup with thin, sharply cut noodles that perfectly harmonizes with soy sauce and dashi. The fact that there were only a few condiments gave me a sense of the owner's love for soba. The tempura bowl is prepared with a crunchy batter that brings out the flavor of the vegetables, and is coated with just the right amount of tsuyu. This taste in such a casual place!! ︎ This is 1200 yen! ︎ Next time, I vowed to take on a challenge during the warmer months. It is possible to park about 6 large buses and trucks. If you are a driver who loves soba, even if you have to force yourself to take the poor route between Sekigahara and Komono, you should try it at least once! ︎
