Miso katsu is different from Nagoya's miso katsu, it is not sweet and has a rich taste with ginger. It tastes like spicy Doteni miso, and the cutlet is big and filling. My partner's fried chicken is lightly seasoned, but I eat it with mayonnaise or salt and pepper. Salt and pepper are recommended, as mayonnaise will overwhelm the flavor. One piece is quite large and has a crispy and juicy finish. The amount is also quite large and even men can be satisfied.

The mixed fry set meal is hearty with miso cutlet, fried shrimp, fillet cutlet, and fried oysters. The taste was also exquisite. The female staff had good customer service and I had a pleasant meal. I would like to use it again when I come to Tarui.
