Kaizu, Gifu, Japan｜Hanaya

I can't believe I can find this flavor locally. . I searched on Google → HP and entered the store for the first time with my family around 8 pm. I ordered sesame miso tandan noodles, gomoku yakisoba, and Chinese rice to take home. Unlike the stylish atmosphere of the HP, which seems to be a bit difficult to enter, it is a normal store. Then, looking at the amount of food served, I guess it doesn't go as expected... My first impression was not very good. When I took a bite, I was surprised at how delicious it was! I was very satisfied with the presentation and arrangement of the food, which showed a glimpse of the deliciousness and care. Unlike the usual Chinese restaurants with strong flavors. It has an elegant flavor. It may not be enough for young people. Neighborhood delivery and takeout other than soups are also available. All dishes are delicious!!! Personally, I like mapo rice and salt ramen. Shrimp with yuzu and chicken with cashew nuts is my favorite.

I ate 850 yen for lunch of fried chicken. It was very delicious for me. The inside of the store is bright and clean, but it's too refreshing, so I think it would be nice to post a menu with photos. it's recommended. I will go again.
