Hashima, Gifu, Japan｜それいゆ

I wanted to eat Western food, so I searched for it on Google and saw that it had good reviews and high scores, so I went there that night. The inside of the store has a calm atmosphere with jazz music playing, and I was surprised at the difference between the atmosphere and the atmosphere of the store from the outside. The store staff was also very nice and the store was very comfortable. Regarding the dish, when I asked about the "Cordombre" that others had praised, he explained in detail, "It's a deep-fried cutlet of pork stuffed with cheese and perilla leaves, topped with a sauce that has a slight yuzu aroma." Please order it. I ate it for the first time and it was very delicious. I ordered the set, and the soup included was onion soup, and it was one of the most delicious I've ever had! My wife ordered a fish dish and praised it as being exquisite. There are many menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and I would like to go again. The next day, I wanted to eat "condombre" again, so I went there. I was quite hungry, so I ordered two dishes by myself, but apparently no one else would order that kind of food, so they seemed to be strangely happy, so they made two dishes for each dish. It was still delicious.

It was a thrilling taste of a restaurant where you can eat nostalgic delicious food. There are chairs for children, and children's bowls, forks and spoons were prepared without me telling them. I visited Gifu-Hashima station from Kyoto and was looking for a restaurant that looked like something delicious, but I think I will visit next time I come to Gifu-Hashima ♪
