Ayu Kamameshi can only be eaten at this restaurant, so I had the Ayu Kamameshi Kaiseki. Anyway, the food at this restaurant is delicious. I think this restaurant is the best if you're looking for an ayu course. Since it was still July, the sweetfish were still small, so I was able to eat all of the candied, salt-grilled, and fish fields from the head to the tail and bones. The sashimi tsuma is not only julienned radish, but also cucumber and Japanese ginger, so it has a great flavor and makes the sashimi delicious. The kamameshi is exquisite, and I eat it with shredded ginger on top, and it's really delicious, so I want everyone to try it.

Anyway, it's delicious! I thought I'd choose this restaurant for summer. This time, I finished the dish with kamameshi. I think I'll try the rice porridge next time. The owner, as well as the landlady, are both very pleasant and the shop has a nice atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

Ayu is really delicious. The intestines are delicious! The flesh is sweet and you can enjoy the unique aroma of sweetfish. Shirokane Urumaka is exquisite. When grilled, the aroma increases and the chopsticks become more enjoyable. I will visit again.
