A Due Passi (Ogaki City, Gifu Prefecture) is the best! ! I visited for lunch. Reservations are required. I had the lunch main course (1 appetizer + 2 appetizers + pasta + main + dessert + drink). The recommended persu (cured ham) and torta fritta (fried bread) are definitely exquisite. Next time I think I'll order a separate plate for lunch or dinner. The pasta and main dishes were all carefully crafted and very delicious. I was able to spend a very happy time with the staff at the store who had great customer service.
