It's a delicious tempura restaurant It used to be located in downtown Gifu City, but I think it has been over 50 years since it was moved to Hioki. It used to be a drive-in-like restaurant along the national highway (formerly Route 21), but it has been renovated and the interior has become clean and has the atmosphere of a high-end Japanese restaurant. The quality of the food and the hospitality and stance of the restaurant remain unchanged. Of course, tempura is very delicious, but fried chicken is also exquisite. It's neither Chinese nor Western, it's just soy sauce-flavored fried chicken made by a Japanese restaurant. Delicious fried chicken that is large in size but well cooked through and the meat is fluffy and juicy. Please try it once You can't go wrong with fried food. Fried oysters are also great in winter. Everything on the blackboard menu is delicious. There seem to be many regulars who come here for drinks as an izakaya. just. . . Soba and udon are the only things I don't recommend (lol) I'm sorry. This hasn't changed since long ago.

You can enjoy tempura at a reasonable price. When I asked about the difference between the tempura set meal and the tempura set meal (above), I was told that it came with two shrimps. I also ordered bonito tataki, but unfortunately it came out after the set meal💦 I wanted to eat first. The tempura was crispy and delicious. The miso soup was too strong for me. It was empty when I went there after 18:00 on Saturday, but it was almost full by the time I returned.
