Kitagata, Gifu, Japan｜Restaurant SANO

A French restaurant located in Kitakata-cho, Motosu District. It's a small restaurant that can accommodate 5 groups. Lunch is one course, but you can choose from five main dishes. I made a reservation for lunch on a weekday, and it was fully booked. The meal cost 3,300 yen including amuse-bouche, assorted appetizers, bread, main (Kinsou chicken ballotine), dessert and drink.

I made a phone reservation for lunch that day, and was able to secure the last seat and was able to visit for the first time (I think it's better to make a reservation in advance). Each item was carefully prepared and each one was delicious. I'll visit you again.

All of them are excellent! Every dish is elaborate and you can understand that it takes time to make it. The owner also said to me, "I'm sorry to keep you waiting" at the time of checkout, but I didn't care about the waiting time at all! The food was brought to me at just the right time, so I was really looking forward to it while I was waiting. I forgot the name, but I thought the fried shrimp dish was the most delicious♪ I want to disturb my family's birthday next time.
