I had been to an organic supermarket called "Bio-Supermark" in Germany, so I remembered it and made a reservation for dinner there. It's the French word (biologique). Home-grown vegetables and seasonal ingredients are used, and seasonings such as amino acids are not used. Safety and security is the best. The soup stock works well and is delicious!
