All of them are excellent. Now is your chance to visit the restaurant just before it explodes in popularity. I'm worried about whether I can enter the store in the future. Absolutely repeat. I came to the store because I wanted to eat "dandan noodles without chilled soup" on the menu. I also wanted to eat oil chicken, so I ordered a set meal, and added dandan noodles without chilled soup and dumplings. First of all, oil chicken appeared. The crispy batter and moist chicken on a hot iron plate, combined with the chili oil sauce that brings out the exquisite spiciness, is an exquisite dish. And next, “Chilled Soup No Dandan Noodles” appeared. I was worried because it was my first time to eat it cold, but after taking a bite, my worries were blown away. Sesame, chili oil, minced meat, and crushed peanuts are exquisite accents and are also excellent. Not to mention the dumplings👍　This time, due to the construction work to expand the shop, the business hours will be shortened. Therefore, it is a little disappointing that the lunch menu is the center and the single dish is temporarily suspended (^^;) I think it will be revived. That's why I want to enjoy various exquisite dishes again at that time. In a good way, there is no shop where you can feel the gap between taste and price. "Absolutely worth a visit". The store is made of glass and has a clean feel. The menu is displayed on a wall-mounted LCD screen, which will make you want to eat. Apparently they sell soba noodles without soup, but I ordered something that is common in Chinese cuisine. All of them were delicious and each item was reasonably priced. This is a store I want to come to again and again.

A modern Chinese restaurant located in Oritate, Gifu City, near Gifu University. I used it for lunch on weekdays, and it was a popular restaurant that was almost full.I guess because of the location, there are a lot of Gi University students. For lunch, I chose the mapo tofu set (880 yen), which was flavored with pepper and had a very stimulating and addictive taste. The additional fried chicken (220 yen) was fried crispy and good. It was an easy and delicious restaurant.
