Hashima, Gifu, Japan｜Gyoza no Ohsho

I ate Gomoku Ankake Ramen from the limited menu. Plenty of finely chopped ginger made my body warm. It was around 16:30, so I think it was a time when there were few clerks. I had the impression that the customers were rushing in and out, but I was asked to wait, and the customers were served quickly. Since I installed the app, gyoza became free for one person.

I've been to many Osho restaurants, and even though it's a chain restaurant, I think the quality varies depending on the restaurant, but the gyoza here were chewy, well-grilled, and delicious! I don't know if it was the person or the restaurant, but it was delicious, something I don't often come across. The skin is a little thicker than other stores, and the steaming is spread throughout, making it chewy and chewy... I want to go again (ヽ´௰`)
