Shortly after, sweetfish boiled in soy sauce, fried fish, sashimi (3 small pieces), boiled food, pickled vegetables, and dessert were served on a large tray. The fries are freshly fried and very delicious. Kanroni is also soft to the bone and has a good taste. In the meantime, the grilled salt came out. This was also freshly baked and large, and the bitterness of the cotton and the flavor of the river moss were delicious. And the shiso-wrapped tempura also came freshly fried. I ordered a bespoke sashimi of sweetfish, but I thought that this kind of sashimi could only be eaten here because the slices of large fillets were large and didn't smell crunchy at all. Finally, sweetfish rice porridge is also served hot. This was also perfect for 〆. This amount was just right for us seniors, and we were very satisfied with the cost performance. It is said that the holiday season is very busy and crowded, so it was a weekday, the store was calm and not crowded, and the store clerk was able to serve customers with plenty of time.

There was a shop along the river and the atmosphere was very good and it was a calm place in the mountains. I knew that I could go to eat sweetfish even if I had a dog, so I wrote down the name, number of people, and dog at the entrance and waited. I ate A course at the outside gazebo with a fan turned on. It was a little hot because it wasn't inside the store, but the breeze from the river made me feel good, and I'm used to the air conditioner, so I'm glad I was able to feel the nature. Despite the busy season, the staff was kind to families with dogs, and there were other people waiting for the arbor to open. A family with a small dog entered later and shared a seat, but I was able to eat without any problems. I used to go there only with my family, but now I'm happy that I can bring my dog ​​with me.

I saw it on my way to Monet's Pond and was curious about it, so I decided to ask Mr. Ayukawa about it on the way home. I made a reservation in advance, but at that time, there will be a golf competition starting at 5 o'clock and there will be a lot of people in the group, so I'm currently very busy with preparations, and there are only table seats available. Is that okay? There was a careful confirmation. It takes less than 10 minutes by car from Rene's Pond to the store. For the food, we had the Ayukawa A course for 4,200 yen including tax and the 1,200 yen for making fresh ayu. Course A included 3 grilled sweetfish, fried sweetfish, sweetfish sashimi, candied sweetfish, stews, pickles, sweetfish porridge, and dessert. I had two of the grilled sweetfish grilled with salt and one with dengaku miso. The process of arranging the ayu fish was just as I had said, and for a while the ayu fish were so alive that their gills were flailing, so it was very delicious, and it was also wonderfully impressive. Also, perhaps because it was a wild ayu, the bones were a little harder when you ate it head first, unlike supermarket ayu, so I was able to enjoy the difference. This is truly what Ayu Samadhi is all about. There are two other ayu restaurants in Seki City that have good reputations, so I'd like to go to those as well. Thank you for the meal.
