The authentic taste of their food is amazing not to mention it has a cheaper price than expected.

Used for lunch on weekdays. (According to the store manager's review reply, I aimed for after 1:00 p.m.) As expected, there were empty seats (lol) I ordered the omelet soba which looked delicious even from the photo. (There's no choice of quantity, so it's probably a large portion.) After a while, what was offered was...the exact appearance and size of the photo! A thinly baked egg that is beautifully round. Half-cooked and the thickness is perfect! The noodles are thick and more like udon than soba. It feels like it's not grilled thoroughly, but rather gently grilled, and the cabbage topping is soaked in sauce, so you can eat it easily. There are plenty of large pork belly slices as well. No matter where you poke it, it feels like it hits meat! What I was interested in was...the later in the big portion you get tired of the taste and stop using your chopsticks, but this one was delicious and I didn't have to stop using my chopsticks until the end (^o^) At the time of payment, I bought the signature dish Dotani (frozen) and ate it at home. It's filled with large, soft offal, and the red miso flavor and sweetness are exquisite and delicious! ! It's definitely the best value for money, and that's why it's called a sacred place (lol)
